I picked up these tabi loafer boots out of curiosity, and they are definitely a statement piece. The split toe and chunky platform give a unique look. The polyester upper feels breathable, and the synthetic outsole offers decent grip. However, the fit is unconventional; the split toe may take getting used to. They claim to be waterproof and cushioned, but I wouldn't rely on that for serious activities. At $78.32, they're pricey for unbranded shoes, but the design is bold.
